This summer, during our trip around Greece, we have visited Amorgos island.
One thing I liked the most was Egiali (it’s a main town of the island) with its wonderful beach.

A great number of white washed churches and a variety of tavernas and restaurants can be found in Amorgos. The same windmills, like in Myconos, attract your attention.
On the photos you can see Moni Panagia Hozoviotissis. Moni Panagia Hozoviotissis - it's the most
impressing and peculiar attraction of this island. It was built in 1070.
Moni Hozoviotissa contains a miracle-working icon & relics. A location of the monastery is very unusual, the building of the monastery clings precipitously 300 meters up a towering cliff face. Sea View sight from the monastery is indeed unforgettable. Also each guests is offered Psimeni Raki there (it's a soft beverage).
Many new things can happen further. All in all Greece - it's a miracle fairy tale with beautiful scenery.
