Russian language exam.
The situation is of those: A girl, student, had comparatively good results, but the Russian did not stick to her! Well, it can't be helped but to pass the exam with least losses. Someone told her that for the exam she has to tell the topics, some 6-10 topics. She learnt 2 -3 sentences of each topic. Now she is sitting in front of the professor. The theme of the topic is “Moscow. London. Climate.”. The others are no more difficult. The professor asks her: “What is the name of the famous river near London?” With no long thinking the girl pronounces all learnt sentences: “Moscow is the capital of Russia. Stands on 7 hills. London is the capital of England, stands at Thames …. ” and so on. The professor attentively listened. Actually she answered his question. He asks next question. The same composition of sentences and again the answer in her monologue is present. Thus after 40 minutes of listening of the same sentences, though answering his questions he let her go with “good” mark, probably of great tiredness...
